SMA 400 firmware 10.2.1.5-34sv

Has anyone installed this firmware 10.2.1.5-34sv.

I installed it but ran into an issue with the user unable to download the netextender and mobile access client as they are grayed out.

I had the same issue with 10.2.1.4-31sv

Currently at firmware 10.2.1.3-27sv

    you mean this page?

    SMA need to download them from sonicwall cloud first. so maybe wait 1-2days after update.

    It may be caused by several facts, network issues or DNS issue or Internet is blocked for "software.sonicwall.com:443 from SMA to internet. Could you please help to collect more information on this?

    1. TSR on appliance
    2. TCP connection to software.sonicwall.com:443
    3. Serial number of the device to open a support ticket
    4. This issue is fixed in 10.2.1.5 for sure, upgrade to 10.2.1.5 and let me know
