CFC Issues

Hi,

Recently we configured the NSA 2700 & SMA 410. First we configured the NSA then SMA after deployment of SMA our NSA CFC is behaving wrongly. Not understand which Access policy or CFC Policy is wrong.

Issues.

  1. DPI-SSL certificates sometimes shows on browsers, sometimes not.
  2. CFC policy also block sometimes sometimes its working.

The same is also discussed with tech support and after check they suggest us to upgrade the firmware to 7.0.1-5052, Even after update the firmware issue is still same.

Anybody facing the same issue. Any solution on the same.

    If you configured SMA behind the Firewall and remote client wants to access to internet via SMA You should use same DPI-SSL / Server SSL and Client SSL same certificate.


    what is your topolgy? could you give details? especially DPI-SSL settings.
