NSA 2700 10G Interface only produces 400mb down/upload speeds

Hello,
I am hoping someone can assist me here. I have an NSA 2700 firewall and just installed a Sonicwall SFP Transceiver with a Fiber connection to our ISP equipment. We have a 2 gig DIA from our ISP, but I am only getting 400mb down and up. I have checked all my settings in the sonicwall and I cannot find why I am only getting those speeds. My WAN interface is set to 10gb FD, and MTU is set for 1500. The firewall is set to performance mode and on the latest firmware.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Dear Jdakes, you have active TCP Stream in GAV settings? If yes you can test without this settings. The second question is to see if value change with 2048 on DPI-based service enabled (KBytes)" . I have similar problem but with 1gb FD.
@JDrakes
due to many reason it can happen 7 try to check below steps;
For testing purpose disable all UTM feature such as GAV, IPS etc and check.
Make sure the SFP module is not used or faulty as well as the Fiber media.
Choose the appropriate SFP / SFP+ from the supported list to match the Sonicwall and the other end device.
Check the other end device is turn off the Auto negotiate / full duplex mode. If its off, try to turn ON and check. Since Sonicwall 10G interface have only 10G Full Duplex.
Try to reduce the MTU value less than 1500 and check. (most of the IDA units will use MTU 1500)
Thank you for the reply. Turning off the TCP stream in GAV settings provides no change. We do not currently run DPI SSL at the current time.
Thank you for the reply.
I have disabled all security services and tested no change.
I am going to order a new SFP module today to test a new one in case this one is faulty.
I originally purchased the 10GBASE-SR SFP+ module that was on the Sonicwall approved list. The ISP sent me a module for their equipment.
I had the ISP set their interface to 10G and Auto Negotiate and still same result.
The ISP's interface MTU is set to 1514, I tried to match it but Sonicwall will not allow for that value, so I have mine set to 1500.
Did you change the Fiber cable?
If the ISP device is cisco, disable the autonegotiate and try.
did you try set to Full dublex settings manualy?
in SonicWALL 10G interface we cannot adjust the duplex.
