SonicWALL does not have a GVC or NetExtender client current out that support ARM processors. The maintenance release as of yesterday explicitly states as such in the release notes. Currently your only option is either Mobile Connect or a 3rd party software that does support ARM.

Netextender and GVC do not support arm chips.
Please use mobile connect on MacOS.
I have tried to install SonycWall VPN client on Virtual machine (Windows 11 Enterprise) running on Parallels 17
Same thing worked well on Intel Mac on Parallels 16 running windows 7
Yes, its "Intel". Now is M1 ARM.
