Problems NetExtender, Windows 10, NSA4700.

I have a problem with NetExtender, Windows 10 and NSA4700.
When the NSA4700 (sw_nsa_4700.7.0.1-5030-R2002-H17127-556) has logged 150/200 SSLVPN connections, the other connections cost a lot, taking 5 to 10 minutes and even give timeouts giving the RRAS error.
On the other hand, with Windows 10 Sonicwall Mobile Connect it seems to work fine with that load.
What do you think can happen?

For resolving The Windows Remote Access Service (RAS) has encountered an error problem, Please follow the below step;
Navigate to Windows Device Manager --> Network Adaptores and uninstall the WAN Miniport (IP) and WAN Miniport (PPTP) devices, then scan for the hardware changes. Once it done the hardware changes try to use the NetExtender.
Try to use the latest version NetExtender;
I already tried that solution and it is not valid, besides, what happens to 90% of users and not everyone will experience the same problem.
support has been 5h today but they have not found the problem. however, with Sonicwall Mobile Connect for windows 10 it connects fine. the problem is in NetExtender

we have just updated to the firmware sw_nsa_4700.7.0.1-5050-R2373.bin to see if it works well. What logs do you need? ls from NetExtender?
Yes Logs from NetExtender.
I have the same issue with one particular client out of about 400 users.
Approximately every 10 days she gets the RSAT error and removing the 2 Wan Miniports cures it.
Why does this keep happening?
