Trying to Submit a support case to the mysonicwall portal and it seems unresponsive. Nothing seems to work when I enter the serial number of our firewall and that seems to be the only option as we can't make calls at the moment.

@maxpetcom no problem on my end, I could create cases with a manual S/N.
Did you checked with another Browser already? It happens a lot that Browser A suddenly stops working, but Browser B is fine.
is this device register on your mysonicwall account?
Yes please. It's registered on the mysonicwall account
Haven't tried with another browser. Will try that and see
