about new purchase of TZ270W
I bought a new TZ270W due to many issues on securities now. I am just a first time user of SonicWall product and I started to register my device and connected to my modem and my computer. I successfully login to my firewall but it is so technical to setup. I could not connect to Wifi and Lan connection for my internet. I have to contacted the technical service team. Unfortunately, I need to buy service contract to get a technical help. I think, after I purchase a technical device and have difficulties to setup on the first time only, I am supposed to have a help. Should I return this device to the seller ? Is anybody helping me any suggestions please ?

hi @harriskim25
Without security subscription, The box which you bought to do only routing and nating. If you want use this box as a Firewall you must have to get the security subscription and once you get activate the security subscription you will be get the technical support.

This is incorrect @Ajishlal . An un-licensed Sonicwall does routing, nat-ing, and firewalling. Without security services licensing you do not get the 'Unified Threat Management' capabilities (gateway antivirus, intrusion prevention, etc.).
@TKWITS
His first concern about the security issues "I bought a new TZ270W due to many issues on securities now". Thats why I suggested to get the security subscription. If he need to prevent the modern security threats, he must have the UTM capabilities not only for the legacy capability.
@Ajishlal I was just helping clarify your wording. "If you would like to use this box as a Firewall...." should have been "If you would like to use this box as a UTM platform..."
You do not need security services licensing to use the firewall capabilities.
Im being very technical.
@harriskim25, please reach out to your local sonicwall account manager and discuss professional services options.
this is well noted.
