TZ350 - Up and Down behavior

TZ350 been in use for about 3 years.

A couple of weeks ago it started acting erratic - can ping DNS servers on the outside but would not load web pages. The config has not been changed.

I put a home netgear nighthawk in its place and it worked for a week with no issues. I reinstalled the TZ350 and it worked well for 5 minutes.

Also note I put a static IP on my laptop with standard DNS and that did not work either.

Suggestions?

    Hello @ACETech,

    We need a lot more details to understand what could be the problem.

    1) Are you having any issues reaching the firewall UI while the web pages fail to load?

    2) Is the firewall able to reach the internet fine while the issue is ongoing? Can be checked from Investigate | System Diagnostics | Check Network Settings

    3) What kind of WAN configuration is done? Is it static, DHCP or PPPoE?

    4) Are there any specific security services configured like CFS or App control?

    Question #1: the firewall UI is accessible

    Q #2: will check this when I return; i'm only able to work on this during their lunch hour
