Is there a clear install process for SSL certs using OS 7.0.0.0
I'm relatively new to SonicWall and I'm suprised how unreliable is the install of a simple SSL cert. I have tried all possible ways and the cert keeps showing an empty box under the validation column. I can't use my cert for SSLVPN. Any ideas here? I have already installed the proper intermediate certs from the ".ca-bundle" file as well as the correct domain cert. I have also re-uploaded (Not even sure why this is needed) the cert dirctly to the fw CSR and still no luck. I have done this with PaloAlto and FirePower and no problem. I don't get why it is so wrong with SonicWall. Am I missing something obvious here? Any idea community?

First thing, make sure you are running at least 7.0.1 R1465. Questions, did you generate the CSR on the Sonicwall or elsewhere? Is it a wildcard cert?
Have you looked at sonicwalls KB's? or https://www.digicert.com/kb/ssl-certificate-installation-sonicwall-nsa.htm
Hey TKWITS, thanks for responding. This is single domain cert, not a wildcard one. The TX270W is running 7.0.0.9 which is the newest release. I have tried pretty much everything except for using a PFX cert that includes the encryption key and the password. Will see if that works. I have also opened a support ticket and still waiting. Not sure if it's something isolated to this new model or not, but it's incredibly frustatring, grrr.
For server cert, you should use pfx format. Just imported both, dont see issue on it. CA cert will not have validate field as they are CA but server cert can be validate by the CA cert.
