We have a Sonicwall TZ400 and after a power outage, the only light we get is a blinking light on the power led. Any idea what means?
@rmayoral check the power supply. I guess this is broken. to less power...

try to ping. maybe it is in save mode and has lost or broken the firmware
otherwise you should open a case

Does the blue power light still blink continuously? Looks like power issues. Have you tried different power outlet by any chance?
Since the issue started happening after a power outage, did the SonicWall installed environment have necessary power backup?
