Hello everyone, i'm trying to make voice vlan work on my standalone sws14-24fpoe. I had to make a new OUI entry for my Polycom phone and then activate the voice vlan on everyport, but I cant make it work, i'm always getting a DHCP address from the native vlan configurated on the port.
Anyone had any success configuring voice vlan on a standalone switch?

Hi @Ericlangel
For configuring the Voice VLAN, Follow the below SW guide.
Hey Ajishlal, unfortunatly, it is not in standalone mode. I followed those step because they are close to standalone, but it dosent seems to work.
Thanks!
Hi @Ericlangel
Is it connected with Firewall or not?
It is not connected to a firewall.
Hi @Ericlangel
Follow below Switch Administration guide.
Voice VLANs can be enabled/disabled per port in the DEVICE > Switch Network > Switches > Voice VLAN display. (Page 22)
Awesome, thanks for the PDF, it seems that I did all that. Ill double check my configuration and make sure everything is ok.

It still dosent work, do you see any problem in my configuration? I'm trying to configuring a Polycom IP phone on port #1.
Hi @Ericlangel
For example, under the X3 interface you configured the sub-interface for your voice Vlan, Then you would have to edit that specif port on the switch to enable portshield to X3. Once you did that, you will get new option to set that port to your Voice Vlan as as an access port. Once you did the above configuration, connect your phone back and do the test.
Hello @Ajishlal
Unfortunately, I dont have these options in the standalone web interface. The switch is not configured from a Firewall.
Hi @Ericlangel
in that case you might be follow the below steps to accomplish your task;
After some debugging, I found that my Sonicwall switches have a problem with LLDP. If i connect my phone to a Sonicwall switch with LLDP enable, the sonicwall switch dosent not detect any LLDP.
While I take the same phone, connect it to a cisco switch with LLDP enabled, the cisco switch detect de LLDP and give the voice vlan.
Anyone with any experience with LLDP on sonicwall switch? Here's my config:
