How to communicate different interfaces that are in different subnets.
I have two interfaces on different subnets and I am trying to communicate between them what are the necessary configuration needed to do the same. Example: on X0 (LAN)interface 192.168.1.0/21 subnet present and currently it is working now we have created X10 interface with 192.168.2.0/24 subnet.so we want to communicate between X0 and X10 interface also X10 interface must access the WAN services(internet).

The LAN to WAN access rule is set to allow by default.
You can check to make sure that it is present and not altered. But it is present by default on the firewall.

Hello @tejasshenai,
You would need to check what zones X0 and X10 are and make sure the access rules are configured between those two zones to allow communication.
Kindly take a look at the KB below for more info.
Thanks!

X0 and X10 are on same zone(LAN) and X0 interface is already configured and accessing WAN so for newly created X10 interface to access WAN is it required to create access rule or it will automatically done through firewall.
Hello
My LAN to LAN and LAN to WAN traffic is allowed but not able to ping from X10 to X0.My X0 is in 192.168.1.0/24 subnet and X10 in 192.168.2.0/24 subnet. Both the switch connected are on default VLAN.what am i missing?
@tejasshenai,
Are you testing with ping alone or are some other applications failing too? You can check for the windows firewall on the end machines.
On the firewall, make sure that the IPS low priority attack is set to detect and not prevent as ping is considered as low priority IPS attack.
You can perform packet capture on the firewall to see the flow and determine what could be the problem.
Thanks!
