Please make sure that the ports connected to the primary and the secondary device on the switch have identical configuration. Are you able to ping the secondary management IP from the CISCO switch?
Thanks!

Hello @SEBASTIAN,
What is the status of the secondary device on the active unit? Also have you enabled virtual MAC for HA?
Could you please check the ARP cache on a LAN machine and make sure that the secondary device ARP is available on it?
The command for Windows device is arp -a.
Thanks!

The Secondary State is "STANDBY"
Virtual MAC is enabled for HA.
I am looking for Secondary ARP entry on the Cisco switch. It is not there.
I can see only one entry for the Primary.
I did the same from Windows. And I have got the same results.
Both switch ports have the same configuration.
I can PING Primary from the switch.
I cannot PING Secondary from the switch.
@SEBASTIAN,
I would say please restart the secondary unit once and try again. If not, could you please add a static ARP entry for the secondary device and then test?
Thanks!

I found the error. My mistake.
Switch ports configuration were not exactly the same.
Now I can reach the Secondary by its monitoring IP.
Thanks!
