This morning we had 2 remote users report the error below. This is the first time we've seen this error. The rest of the users logged in without issue. Anyone have any information on what this is?
@shultis Hello ! do you have global policy for otp activated or has this user a own policy. check it on User config.
Does the AD attribute for those two users contain the necessary information to send the OTP?
e.g. the phone number for SMS notification
