188.8.131.52-79n is fully supported by us and also recommended after 184.108.40.206.
We don't recommend downgrades but we can advice for a rollback: the difference is that with a rollback you factory default the appliance and import the backup of the settings you exported before the upgrade to 220.127.116.11 (hoping you created the backup).
If you can let us know more details and eventually if you have a support case, we can follow up internally.

This is for example the uptime of the machine and the seconds of the AWS process. We don't use AWS. Time consumption seems anomalous. And when it consumes time it sends the core 0 to 100%
