    Thank you. After firmware update I have this problem. AWS not used, process active. I have open ticket with support. Maybe some of us have already had similar problems. The AWS service cannot be disabled. Machine NSA6600

    Hi Alberto,

    as far as I can see from the excerpt above the process was used but currently it's 0% - perhaps was it used in the past? Also, SonicOS always keeps processes running even though they're not used but the usage would be very low.

    Never used. Sometimes process spikes core 0 100% for about 10secs.
