Checking if an outside/public ip is hitting my Firewall?

USing a NSa 2400. A user has been having an issue connecting to our office using Global VPN Client. How can I check if the public IP of the site office is hitting the NSa firewall?

Have the user Google what is my IP. Once they have determined their remote public IP address take a capture for the public IP on the SonicWall and see if traffic is making it there.
