Hi @EKSALIH,
Thank you for contacting SonicWall Community.
Sometime, I have seen issues with Office 365 having issues with DPI-SSL and App control running along with CFS together. In all you SonicWall's could you please ensure if disabling DPI-SSL or App Control lets you to access Offcice 365 websites? You may need to try this out during off hours.
I recommend you to ensure the associated URLs pertained to Office 365 as per below KB article are allowed in SonicWall CFS.
Also, please cross verify the symptoms prescribed in the below KB to isolate and narrow down the issue.
Please keep us posted how it goes.
Have a good one!!!

HI @Saravanan
please note that we are not using app control and DPI-SSL feature in our Firewalls,
Hi @EKSALIH,
Thank you for the confirmation. We may need to perform packet capture on the SonicWall to find the dropped packets if any with Office 365 access. Could you please confirm if you get any SonicWall CFS block banner when accessing the 365 websites or any log messages stating "Website access denied"?
Please check the access and share screenshots if you can.
