Where is the best place to report "blocker" bugs?


by "blocker" , I mean

  1. Cannot use the firewall functionality or configure it until the cause is fixed.
  2. Corrupt the config files, make t4hem not functional when reloaded....

    At this time, the possible answer to both of your questions is to contact our Support team and report the problems. Support team can assist you taking this forward to the "respective team" for any bugs. Support team can also help you determine if there is any sort of workaround for time-being till a permanent solution.
