Enabling Apple Air Play

Hi,
Using NSA3600 with firmware 6.5.4.4-44n. Added one Smart TV in network with Apple Air Play Compatible. TV is perfectly browsing everything. But When Try to connect Apple Air Play. The macbook or Iphone does not shows anything at all. But When connect TV and macbook on mobile hotspot it work perfectly.
TV is connected with Aruba Wifi IAP-205

Please help how we can solve the same.

Welcome to SonicWall community.
Apple Air Play usually uses mDNS and also needs multicast for discovery process, and the article that you have referred is to allow mDNS.
Could you please allow multicast using the KB below? Please enabled multicast globally and on the interface which has the AP, phones and the TV connected.
Also, once enabled it will give you an option to edit the access rules from WLAN to MULTICAST or LAN to MULTICAST based on the zone of the interface to which the Aruba AP is connected. Please make sure that all of those access rules are set to Allow.

Hi !
you also should check on your Aruba Portal. That the IAP-205 is set to allow mulitcast traffic
