Lost admin password

I am a volunteer at a church and they have a SonicWall TX270 and several SonicWave 231’c’s. Cannot get into management console, previous network person forgot password / refuses to share. Do not know the email address used to set things up. Network is fully configured with cameras and remote access points. Is there a way to reset password without losing the current configuration? Is there a way to save the current configuration without logging into the console? I do not want to have to redo the whole network and the previous person is not being cooperative. Please help!

    @_peoples3 do you have access to the MySonicWall in which the Appliance is registered? If you're lucky and Cloud Backup was enabled you can download the config from there.

    If not, don't get angry and use the time for a fresh up-to-date configuration :)

    In both cases you need access to MySonicWall.
