Mobile Connect not installing from AppStore

MacBook Air running Sequoia 15.3.1

When I go to download and install from the App Store, I click "get," "install," authorize the download, but no install package downloads.

I do not see this issue on the boards and am stumped as to what can be causing the issue. This is the only app that will not download/install from the store.

    There was an update to 5.0.13 to me this morning, maybe this was related and 5.0.12 got pulled (halfway)?

    Does the issue still persist when trying to download 5.0.13?

    5.0.13 was successfully downloaded and works for me.

    macOS Sequoia 15.2
