NetExtender stuck on "Verifying User"
Hi experts.
We can't remote in anymore. The NetExtender process is stuck on "Verifying User" After a few minutes the error "The server is not reachable. The server may be down, or your internet settings may be down". I know it's verifying the User in Active directory because if I key in an invalid password, it errors out. This happened suddenly. We hadn't touched firewall settings.
We are on SonicOS 7.1.3-7015 and NetExtender version 10.2.341 (44). It happens on several versions of NetExtender.
Can anyone provide some guidance
