How to block upload / download of files at whatsapp

I've enable the block option at app control signatures of whatsapp download / upload options and active DPI-SSL, but didn't work.

Does anyone have tried to block upload and download of files, pictures, videos of whatsapp or other aplication? Using app control or other metod?

I'm using a tz 270.
