Netextender idle timeout not disconnecting
Hi All,
Since upgrading client to NetExtender 10.3.1 (24) the idle timeout has stopped working. We were previously using versions 10.2.and 10.3. Neither had an issue disconnecting the client. We have not made any other changes to the firewall (TZ370).
Is anyone else experiencing this issue and what can be done to resolve it.

I also have been having this issue for a while now. I had made the assumption it was caused by the latest firmware update to my SMA 410. All idle times show the same and go up every 10 seconds to a minute then return to 0 and start over. I have had a ticket open and support says there is no issue. Glad I am not the only one having this issue.
Considering the way SSL VPN has been getting hammered by the bad guys I'm surprised the issue hasn't been given more attention. Especially with all of the firmware upgrades we've gone through in the last year.
Received this response from support. "The developer looked into your infomation and stated this.."In 10.2.x, idle detection is based on user keyboard/mouse activity. while developing 10.3.x, we changed this design."" crazy that it took them months of this being an issue and claiming this was not a bug then finally say that it is a design change.
