I think you can setup a SDWAN Rule Source any → Destination any → Service any to SDWAN Interface.
Its like a "tunnel all" interface in VPN.
But you will run into the same problem like me.
There were automatically build firewall rules in both directions with "any allow".
From LAN to VPN and VPN to LAN.
