CATP reports "No detail to show. Go to Security Notices and try again "

ArkwrightArkwright Community Legend ✭✭✭✭✭

Every CATP report I've had today has redirected me to log in to MSW. This is new, normally they don't require a login. Once I log in it says "No detail to show. Go to Security Notices and try again". I can't find a "Security Notices" section and [obviously] there is no search in MSW.

Any ideas?

Wondering if the darn thing is still broken or if you'll get some "love" on Valentine's Day….

I did not received any CATP reports by mail for a while, but if memory serves me right, they could be found under Settings → Notification Center, which is the obvious path I would look for, NOT.

Here's the latest update I received for the case:

Hello Larry,The new mysonicwall version 26.10.0 is released. You can now view any new emails with the report links and it will display all the required information.

What is not clear is if the "fix" (whatever it is) is a "go forward only" solution. I asked if that means that if I get an email tomorrow, will it show information? Because - very clearly - the old emails do NOT show the information.

    Awaiting a response…

It's irritating that they have clearly known about this issue since 2025/06/02 [at the latest], but continued to send out emails with the broken links and no explanation about it in the emails.

Nothing on the service status page either. https://status.sonicwall.com/
