Hello,
I am experiencing serious call quality issues when using Microsoft Teams over the SonicWall VPN. When connected to the VPN, my voice sounds very bad and cuts out frequently. However, as soon as I disconnect the VPN, the call quality immediately returns to normal.
I understand that there are multiple SonicWall VPN clients available, and I see that in other forum posts, you provide screenshots from different applications. To clarify, I am using the NetExtender client, which can be downloaded from this official SonicWall page. Specifically, I am using the first option listed: SonicWall’s SSL VPN NetExtender.
I have tried other VPN clients, but NetExtender is the only one that works for me.
Is there any known solution to this issue? I am attaching a screenshot of the settings available in the application in case it helps.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Contact the administrator of the device you are connecting to with NetExtender and contact your M365 admin. There are no settings a user can change that would effect Teams quality issues.
It sounds like you are tunnelling all traffic over SSLVPN. I wouldn't run voice over SSLVPN. You either need to not tunnel all so Teams traffic doesn't go that way, or you need to not use SSLVPN if "tunnel all" is a hard requirement.
