Hi everyone, I’m new to using SonicWall Hosted Email Security, and I’ve noticed that some legitimate emails are being flagged as spam or quarantined. This is causing issues with important communications for my team. I’ve tried adding senders to the allowed list, but it doesn’t always seem to work. Are there any best practices or specific settings I should adjust to reduce false positives? Also, is there a way to fine-tune the spam filtering sensitivity?
