Productivity info by IP

Hi, is there a way to obtain productivity information (web surfing activity by sites, categories, apps) by IP? In NSM it is possible to obtain that data by user, but some of my customers do not identify users.

In addition, for NSM Analytics/Reporting, is there any recommendation regarding what kind of logs or app-flow activity should be configured in the firewalls?
