Issue with SFP ports as uplink ports to firewall

I have a TZ 470 firewall connected to two (daisy chained) SWS 14-48FPOE switches. The uplink from the first switches is on the SFP port 51. The switches work as expected for passing traffic. However, I cannot get switch visibility on the firewall. It gives me a message of, "Index of the Extended Switch Instance," when I try adding the first switch to the firewall. I get the same message even if I use port 48 (copper) on the switch. Any suggestions?

@Eric_Fresno While adding the switches to the Firewall, either the switch should be in its Factory default state, or the firewall will try to reset it. Probably, the reset command is not going through. Try resetting the switch and adding it to the firewall. However, you will lose the switch settings and can't import them back (not recommended from standalone mode).
There are other possible reasons too, like if the interface is port shielded with another interface having a Dell switch integrated, etc.
