NSA 3700: best practices DNS settings?

Hi, all! Standing up new 3700's at multiple site single-forest domain enterprise. All devices domain joined, internal DCs for server & WS name resolution, access to WAN available to all (obvious NATting and security in place).

What are the best practices for settings DNS name resolution? I have PUBLIC IPs (ISP and Google DNS) set on all WAN circuits, and firewall-defined VLANs have their DHCP set for either all public DNS servers (public/DMZ vlans) or internal DNS IPs (private VLANs), and internal DHCP set for all internal DNS IPs (domain controllers). Inheritance is set for WAN circuits.

What's the best practice for this type of DC-based network? Thanks!
