VLAN Zone Issue accessing Internet

I have a VLAN on interface x8 that that if it's now in the LAN zone I can't not get out to the internet. The VLAN is used as our guest WIFI under a Zone name of wireless, I get the DHCP Ip address from the firewall under that VLAN but no internet access.

I checked the firewall from that Wireless to WAN and WAN to Wireless is allowed still no access. When I do a packet monitor, I see all of my request as drop packets and the issue its report is the ARP table is having an issue.

    Paste the actual drop code.

My guess is, ARP complaining that IP address in network that does not belong to this interface.
