Analytics, syslog filter and CPU at 100%

I'm having some problems with Analytics version 2.5.7.
The environment is on WMware Exsi 6.5.
It all starts, if I try to filter by some pattern in:
Apliance->System->File Manager->folder ->ArchiveSyslog
By default the "*.*" appear, which I suppose represent the usual wildcards, because something is wrong when I try to use them.
Searches like ‘RawSyslogs_resolve*.’ or ‘RawSyslogs.zip’.
Always give error, BUT this is not the bad thing, is that on numerous occasions, and this is a big problem, the CPU is triggered, at 100% or 50-70%, and remains indefinitely, the only solution is to restart the VM.

Each failed filter attempt increases the CPU usage until it is completely saturated.
I understand that this is NOT normal, a colleague has had this same behaviour.
I illustrate this, with some screenshots, and the results of CPU usage.

Thank you.

    Open a support case. Sounds obviously like a bug.

    Thank you for answering,
    My environment is a test, with only 4 firewalls (up to 10 or 12 if the test is validated).
    But my intention is rather, confirm with other colleagues, if this happens to others, because it could be related to my environment, and it is a minor bug (from my point of view).
    In this way, I would already have more weight, to initiate a ticket with support.
    I don't like to start a consultation without being 90% certain that the problem cannot be solved by me.
