Different syslogs server for different purposes, Templates, Syslog Server Profile, etc.

I raise this situation with you, in case anyone (which I am sure you have) has had to face it.
More than one Syslog Server, for different things (The question is not why).
Example.
A syslog, for GW Antivus and another Syslog Server for Application Firewall, or Antimalware.
And a third that has the 2, both GW Antivirus, + Applicantion Firewall, (I insist, the question is not why, if this is possible. is only an example)

From the documentation I have read, ‘I understand that it is possible’ I am not a native English speaker.
But I am not able to understand how it is done.

Different syslogs server for different purposes but they can share punctual things like opening and closing connections.

Or is this really not possible.
