SSL VPN not working after firmware upgrade

We just upgraded our firmware (TZ400) to 6.5.4.15-117n to address CVE-2024-40766. Following the upgrade, VPN clients can't connect. On macOS, the Mobile Connect client comes up with 'Login Failed. The request timed out.' I don't see an access rule for the VPN under access rules—is that likely the problem? How should that be configured? Thanks.
