FlexSpend robbing credits
I have a decommissioned NSA 2650 still in mysonicwall that was taken out of service over two months ago. At the time I edited the services to end the next day after I replaced it with the monthly service renewal turned off.
Now the monthly renewal had turned on by itself and auto allocation had allocated 30 days or 265 credits for CGSS. Days left is still -37 so if I try to go edit it to turn off auto allocation it says it will deduct 102 credits to add minimum days of support.
So I will lose 376 credits just to be able to turn the damn auto allocation off due to a bug in SonicWall's system. That's hundreds of euros with current prices.
Auto allocation has always been buggy. Often it doesn't work and services have to be enabled again for auto allocation which means losing some credits to re-enable support. But this is now becoming completely unacceptable. Maybe it's by design to generate a little extra revenue for SonicWall.

Hi @SonicAdmin80, have you created a customer service request to get this addressed?
Not yet. I'll do that.
@Community Manager I actually can't create a support case for it because support is backdated to October 2nd. How should I proceed?
