Botnet alert not showing in Event log

The firewall throws the alert:

This site has been blocked by the network administrator.Block reason: Gateway BOTNET Filter AlertIP address: 10.44.x.xConnection initiated from Botnet server. If you believe the above web site is rated incorrectly click here.

I can submit the site for a false alert but shouldn't this show up in Manage—>event log? Initially the website just wouldn't load and the above message wasn't being displayed. So then we go check the event log and there's nothing there regarding the site so until the above message started showing up we had no clue what the issue was. Is there somewhere else this would show up besides event log that I'm not aware of?

    i have the same issue just today.

    I know the Website is legit. What i did is included the ip address to my botnet exclusions list
