Problem with Amazon Music behind TZ470

hello all,
i have a problem with an bose smart speaker running alexa behind a sonicwall t470, alexa itself works without any problems, but when i try to play something from amazon music, the song starts but stops after 1 second - i did a packet capture but i don't see anything unusual, nothing gets dropped from alexas ip ... security services are completely disabled for the interface alexa is connected

the tz runs the latest sonic OS 7.1.2

any ideas are welcome

turns out, that the speaker itself has a problem, i just rebuilt the scenario with a cheap wifi router and have the same issues - so forget this thread, thanks for reading
