Anyone else getting a swirly when trying to access Manage Cases in MSW?

I cannot respond to emails from CSRs about active cases (known problem) because emails are not being ingested by SalesForce.
So, I'm trying to access my cases in MySonicWall > Manage Cases and all I'm getting is a swirly.
The "status" page indicates I should be good - there are no known problems.
The phone says it should be about "17 minutes" before anyone takes my call, but I know that's a figment of someone's imagination - it will take almost one hour.
I'm about to throw all of this crap out the window because of stupid stuff like this.
Does ANYONE know what is going on?
