I need to install several updates on my appliance. Do i need to do ALL updates in sequence, or just the very latest? Are they cumulative?

No it just lists what hotfix last one fixed and current one, so by inference then it does not seem to fix previous issues and all hotfix packages are needed in order. If only they would just actually say this specifically!

To upgrade from Secure Mobile Access 12.3, you must upgrade to version 12.4.0 first, then upgrade to 12.4.1.
You can directly upgrade to 12.4.1 from SMA 12.1.0, and 12.4.0 versions.
