Site To Site VPN Between TZ370 and Trendnet TWG-431BR

I have tried every solution and every suggestion possible to get these 2 devices to talk, and nothing. I need to setup a Site To Site VPN between the 2, can anyone help with this? I can post pictures of the settings if that helps.. but just to clarify, I had a TZ370 instead of the Trendnet, and just replaced it because the TZ370 went bad. So I got the TrendNet to replace the damaged Sonicwall, but I can NOT get it to connect to another location site to site.

    I actually took MarkD advice & contacted TendNet, Tier 1 & 2 Support couldn’t figure it out, so they’re having Level 3 support contact me later today. I’ll update you here on the outcome
