Firmware for NSA 4500

Our client has NSA 4500, and it appears that the firmware is corrupted. We called SonicWall tech support and they advised us that the unit has reached EOL, but someone in the community may be able to give us the latest firmware. I would appreciate if someone who still have NSA 4500 would be nice enough to provide us the firmware, so that we can properly transition the configuration to the new SonicWall. Else, we will have to redo entire configuration from scratch.

    Interesting response there - they're suggesting you get the firmware from some random on the internet?

    In any case, if the firmware is corrupted, then you need to be prepared for the possibility that the configuration is also kaput. Hopefully a lesson about taking backups has been learned here.
