SonicWALL and Comcast Business Disconnecting intermittently

We have a Sonicwall NSA 2400 which has a failover setup between Comcast Business and ATT. We have been getting random intermittent disconnects since the Comcast Modem was replaced with their newer model. There is no rhyme or reason for it to disconnect, some days we get dozens of disconnects and others we get a small handful. We have talked endlessly with Comcast business about this issue and they are unable to find anything wrong with their side of things. We have not made any changes to the SonicWALL from when it used to work flawlessly.

These disconnects are not even a minute long, just long enough for our monitoring system to think systems have gone "down" and send us alerts. When we do have the disconnect, this is what is logged:

The only changes made to the new modem were when Comcast loaded the static IP and disabled SecurityEdge. The router is NOT in bridge mode. Please let me know of any ideas that could be causing this as it has been going on for some time now.
