Getting an "initializing engine failed" error on windows 11

2 days ago i started receiving "initializing engine failed" error on a windows 11 machine. I can connect successfully on other machines and with windows 10.

    navigate to devise manager & uninstall the tunnel adapter which is belongs with the NetExtender
