FTP route through VPN

I have been having a problem making an FTP connection with my web host from one of our two locations, but that's another issue. I have two locations each with a TZ370 and connected by a VPN. I would like to connect and send files via FTP from my PC through the VPN connection and out to my web host from my other location. Could someone help me create this route, this is not my area of expertise and I think this should be simple. Thanks for any help in advance.
