Rule out Sonic Wall for laptop LAN/WAN disconnects?

Hello! I have a laptop that is connected to both the Ethernet and Wifi in the office. It will periodically say "No Internet" on both connections. We recently switched from a Watchguard firewall to a Sonic Wall, and I'm not sure where to look in the Sonic Wall logs to see if the laptop is doing something that's causing it to be blocked. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
