WHY MY VPN DOESN'T WORK ON A MAC?

Hello,
I 'm writing to request assistance with an issue that arose during the installation of the “SonicWall Mobile Connect” application on a Mac.

A new Mac was obtained and the SonicWall Mobile Connect application was installed to remotely connect to a device and access certain services via a web interface.
The application was successfully installed, VPN settings were configured and the connection was established. But, when trying to access the services and the remote computer, it was not possible to gain access. Despite this, its possible to ping both the remote machine and the services.
Could you help us identify what may be happening or if there are any additional procedures we may be overlooking?

It's worth noting that on another Mac, VPN access was successful, but on the new one, it was not.

Use the packet monitor feature in the firewall to see if the RDP packets are routed correctly and not blocked by policy.

Also check in macOS network interface settings that ”Limit IP Address Tracking” isn’t turned on for the used interface. It can cause issues with VPNs.
