IP spoof dropped email alerts
I am looking into some email alerts, and I am getting a lot of IP spoof dropped alerts. I have done some digging and the source IP address is an UniFi switch, and the destination is a multicast address (224.0.0.1).
The switch is physically connected to the SonicWALL on interface X0, but the email says the source is coming from a different VLAN (which the switch is on a totally different subnet than what VLAN says it is on.) - Is this why I am receiving this email?
Is there a way I can fix this alert? We are getting a lot of emails regarding this issue, and I would love to figure out why we are receiving so many of them.
