Archiving mode not working on Split environment SonicWall Email Security Appliance

Hi Sonicwall Community,

Maybe one of you have the same case like me. We have implemented split mode for Email Security on VMware using 1 Control Centre and 2 Remote Analyzer.

Everything well configured including option "Archiving" in Compliance setting for inbound and outbound email. We also enable option to on, in "Investigation ——> Message Log —→ Setting" for

Auditing for Inbound Email
Auditing for outbound email
Enable Judgment details logging
Auditing for connection

but when incoming email arrived, we can't see details contain email with message "Message Content: not archived"
